Fungicides(Kasugamycin 5% + Copper Oxychloride 45% WP)
Conika combines two complementary modes of action for broad disease control. Kasugamycin, a systemic antibiotic, inhibits the incorporation of amino acids in the ribosomes of bacteria during protein synthesis, halting bacterial growth. Copper oxychloride, a contact fungicide/bactericide, releases cupric ions (Cu+1) upon contact with moisture, which have both fungicidal and bactericidal activity on the leaf and fruit surface. Together, this dual systemic-plus-contact action delivers prophylactic protection against complex fungal-bacterial disease pressure.
| Crop | Disease | Dose (g/acre) | Time of Application |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rice | Leaf blast and Neck blast | 280 | First spray at the initiation of leaf blast disease symptoms. Second spray at 10–12 days after first spray or as and when required. |
| Grapes | Anthracnose & Bacterial Leaf spot | 300 | First spray at the initiation of infestation & repeat after 15 days. |
| Pomegranate | Bacterial blight, fruit rot, Leaf spot & Anthracnose | 0.1% or (1gm/Lit. of water) | First spray at the appearance of disease symptoms. |
