Delight fights against fungal infections and disrupts fungal cell membrane formation, causing extensive damage to the cytoplasmic membrane of the plant pathogen to provide excellent protection against Scab disease in Apple crop.

Mode of Action

Delight, a guanidine group fungicide, acts through direct contact to disrupt cell membrane formation in the plant pathogen, causing extensive damage to its cytoplasmic membrane. As a protectant with limited eradicative action, it remains active even in low temperatures and, with no cross-resistance to other fungicide groups, serves as an effective tool in resistance management programs.
