ICAR–Dhanuka MoU

Dhanuka and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) signed a strategic MoU to enhance agricultural R&D and technology transfer. This collaboration aims to promote innovations through frontline demonstrations, farmer training, and broader dissemination of scientific practices.

Global Acquisition from Bayer AG

Dhanuka completed a ₹165 crore strategic acquisition deal with Bayer AG for global distribution rights of two fungicides—Iprovalicarb and Triadinenol. The agreement expands Dhanuka's presence across 20+ countries in LATAM, EMEA, Asia, and India.

SAUs Collaboration
