Roles & Responsibility: -
Negotiate on prices with vendors (Paper, plastic, flexibles & metals) for cost effective operations.
Ensure optimum utilization of the budget allotted for packaging material.
Execute all activities related to procurement of material, from intent of purchase to ensuring timely delivery & upholding the quality of the material.
Ensure proper record keeping of all the expenses incurred for procurement
Prepare documents such as contracts, bids, proposals and vendor agreements, price quotes and acceptance to terms and specifications for legal purposes
Resolve vendor claims and contracts and ensure adherence to company policy
Development of Alternative/ New Vendors. Cost based formula development for buying of Paper, plastic, flexibles & metals

Qualification:
B.E-Chem/MBA preferably in supply chain / operations / procurement
