Mode of Action

Lanevo acts on GABA Gated Chloride Channels- It acts on the insect’s nervous system, that allosterically inhibits the GABA (Gama Amino-Butyric Acid) activated chloride channel, causing hyperexcitation and convulsions and also acts on Sodium channels interfering with electrical signaling in the nervous system.
